  • Clients that are hosted on our Red hosting platform are currently experiencing issues with website and email services.

    Our supplier engineers identified hard drive fault.   Multiple hard drives were replaced during the night and the data is currently being rebuilt.   

    The rebuild is a time consuming process that need to run its course to ensure the integrity of all data.  At this time we are unable to provided an estimated time of repair.

    We regret any inconvenience caused by this incident.

    UPDATE:  Emails can now be sent and received on all platforms including Webmail.

    Websites were restored on the server yesterday evening.

    We have monitored overnight and are confident that full services are restored.

     

    We will continue to monitor the server today.
